Kimberly de los Santos serves as the Executive Director of the John H. Pace, Jr. ’39 Center for Civic Engagement, where she leads Princeton University’s efforts to prepare students for lives of thoughtful, responsible service.

At Princeton, Kimberly has advanced the University’s commitment to making service central to the undergraduate experience. She co-chaired the Service and Civic Engagement Task Force, launched Service Focus to bridge service and academic inquiry, expanded Community Action to welcome half of each incoming class, partnered with Princeton Internships in Civic Service (PICS), and started both the John C. Bogle ‘51 Fellows in Civic Service and the Nancy Weiss Malkiel Fellows to help students pursue their passions. She now co-leads the Learning and Education through Service (LENS) initiative, which provides funding support for a broad range of service internships.

She lives in Princeton with her husband, Jorge, and their three children—and spends her free time driving to soccer games and finding good soft-serve ice cream.
